A Surefire Recipe For Transformation In 13 Steps

Ingredients required:
- Lemons 6-8, Apple cider vinegar (Optional)
- Smoothie ingredients: (Kale/spinach, Carrots, Beets, Chia seeds, Coconut oil/ MCT, Protein of choice (Onnit Recovery protein) ginger, turmeric, Onnit earth grown nutrients (Optional), Banana, blueberries, mixed fruit)
- Ceremonial grade cacao (+ cinnamon, cardamom, powdered ginger, cayenne pepper, Pure cane suger)
- Mushrooms 

Crafting your Intention:

The night/ day before get clear in your head what you want to transform about yourself. Maybe your just seeking experience, thats fine. But maybe there is something you wish to get out of this experience. Something you wish to take away. A habit you would like to establish or strengthen, a pattern you wish to break free from, a clarity you seek, a calling you want to connect with.

Setting an intention is like drawing a map of where you wish to go — it becomes the driving force of your higher self. Without an intention there is no map, and you're just driving down a road with no destination in mind.”

Step 1: Wake up
- Don’t eat
- First thing when you rise drink a mix of 3-4 lemons worth of lemon juice + 2 table spoons of apple cider vinegar + Hot Water

Step 2: Wake up the body 
Go on a 20 minute run/jog.
- Focus on breathing big breaths.

Step 3: Prepare you setting
Start Cleaning. 
- Clean and organize your environment/space (Setting) 
- Air it out, let in as much fresh air and sunlight as you can. If possible turn on a fan to circulate airflow. 
- Burn Palo santo, Incense, or essential oils to cleanse the smell of your space. (My favorite is pepper mint essential oil)
- If you are familiar with ritual assemble your space/setting with whatever special things bring you power. 
- Make a playlist

Find stimulus to aid in intention. 
- Talks, lectures, podcasts, meditations, audio books. 
- I like to play my curated playlist behind whatever I chose, and often just play one song that I vibe with on loop in the background.

Step 4: Brew Cacao *Utilizing ceremonial grade cacao*
My personal recipe:
- cinnamon, cardamom, powdered ginger, cayenne pepper, Pure cane suger.

Step 5: Take Shrooms
Take between 1-2 grams of mushrooms (low dose). 
- Connect with your intention before consuming.
- Chew for 5-8 minutes before swallowing. 
- Follow with 3-4 lemons worth of lemon juiced mixed with hot water.

Step 6: Reactivate the body
Go run 20 more minutes. 
- End with 5 minutes of Wim Hof breathing.

Step 7: Prime your setting
- turn on music, close curtains, light incense, Turn on predetermined stimulus, whatever you need to do to set up your space so that you walk out the shower into a primed setting.

Step 9: Shower
- Take a long hot shower, as hot as you can stand. end with a cold shower as cold as possible for 2-3 minutes while Wim Hof breathing.

Step 10: Drink Cacao
- Drink up to 2 cups of cacao.
 

Step 11: Deep Body work
- Do at least 30 minutes of Breath Work (Wim how, kundalini breathing) & Movement (bio-energetics, yoga, flow)

I like to hold a plank for 4 minutes while doing kundalini breathing then after for minutes with the energy all built up I do 3-5 more minutes of Wim Hof breathing, before holding the breath. I repeat this once every 20 minutes to reenergize.

Step 12: Flow
From here the experience can go in many directions best to flow with whatever your called to. 
- At the highest point of clarity when you feel called, write a short message to yourself tomorrow. Something you wish to communicate and carry on to your future self. Post this message where you will see it first thing when you wake up the next day. 
- Fast the whole day then at night when hungry drink a smoothie.

My smoothie recipe:
- Kale/spinach
- Carrots

Step 13: Unwind, Root intention
- End with at least 15 minutes of journaling reflecting on your experience.
- Make a to-do list for the next days/weeks.
